How the process works
We start with a free on-site assessment to estimate the real scope of work and the price. Home organizing is usually a one-time, project-based service — not weekly like standard cleaning — though some clients book it on a recurring basis, e.g. once a year at the seasonal wardrobe switch. Once the work is done, we can follow up with standard cleaning of the newly organized room.

It depends on the size and amount of belongings — a single closet or pantry usually takes a few hours, a whole apartment typically one or two days. We confirm the exact time during a free on-site assessment before giving a final quote.
What happens to items I want to donate or discard?
This is a separate, paid "turnkey" add-on. We take care of the whole process: professional sorting, labeling and careful packing of the items. The actual removal to charity or to official disposal points is handled through trusted transport partners we work with. The client pays one fixed, upfront price covering the logistics and the team's work taking items down and loading them.
Do I need to be present during the organizing session?
Not necessarily for already-tidy areas like the kitchen or bathroom cabinets, but for sorting personal belongings (wardrobe, documents, keepsakes) we recommend being present, or at least reachable for quick decisions on site.
Is home organizing the same as cleaning?
No — cleaning is about cleaning surfaces, while organizing is about sorting belongings and building a storage system that's easy to maintain day to day. You can book either service separately or combine them — we often follow an organizing session with standard cleaning of the room.
