How is office access handled (keys, cards)?
Keys or access cards are handed over directly on site under a handover protocol signed with the responsible person on the client's side (an administrator or office manager). For the duration of the job, keys stay with the team's senior supervisor, and once the work is done they're returned or left at an agreed location, at the client's responsibility.
What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
We hold a current liability (OC) insurance policy. If something is damaged, we first repair or redo the issue free of charge, and if that isn't enough, the cost is covered by our insurance.
